The Convention of Champions is where Greatway Financial agents and guests come together to celebrate milestones, learn from industry leaders, and lift each other up. With powerful speakers, insightful panels, and a night dedicated to recognition, it’s a reminder of how far we’ve come and how much further we can go, together.

There are two ways to register.

Register on your own

• Go directly to the registration page and use your own email. Agents, use your Greatway email. Your email is your check-in credential at the door.

Group registration (5 or 10 tickets) A leader can purchase up to 5 or a 10 ticket bundle in a single transaction and assign each one to an attendee at checkout. Each attendee receives their own confirmation email and ticket directly from EventCombo.

One receipt is issued per transaction to the billing contact at checkout. Individual receipts are not available for group purchases.

Tax note: Convention attendance may qualify as a business expense. Keep your EventCombo receipt and confirm with your accountant.

If you haven’t already, now’s the time to book your flight and accommodations. Be sure to coordinate with your team to save on costs and arrange meetups if needed.

Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds are issued.

Transfers: You can update attendee information directly through EventCombo at any time. No need to contact us! We’ll provide a step by step guide on honto do this soo.

If a ticket transfer occur, that transaction is between the parties involved. Greatway Financial is not responsible for any payment arrangements made outside of EventCombo.

Award eligibility: Tickets purchased or transferred after July 15, 2025 are not eligible for awards or stage recognition. Award eligibility is determined at the time of original ticket registration and is not transferable.

Absolutely, children are welcome at the event! However, please note that all attendees, including children, will need a ticket for entry. While kids are welcome, keep in mind that the event is primarily designed for advisors and students, so some sessions may not be engaging for younger audiences. If you'd like to fully focus on the sessions, we recommend arranging childcare. For parents with infants aged 36 months or younger, we offer a special accommodation. You're welcome to bring your little one, but we ask that you visit the help desk upon arrival to sign a waiver-this only needs to be done once per event.

To qualify for an award, make sure you're registered for the Convention and meet all cut-off dates. We want to celebrate your achievements, so following these steps is important. Last-minute changes can be difficult to accommodate, so registering on time ensures your chance to be recognized!
