Yes. Two ways to do it.

Head to the registration page and use your own email. Agents, use your Greatway email ending in @mygreatway.ca. That email is your check-in credential at the door, so make sure it's the one you actually use.

You can grab a 5 or 10 ticket bundle in a single transaction and assign each ticket to an attendee at checkout. Every attendee gets their own confirmation and ticket from EventCombo. One receipt is issued per transaction to whoever pays at checkout. We can't split individual receipts for group purchases.

Tax note: Convention attendance may qualify as a business expense. Save your EventCombo receipt and check with your accountant.

No worries! Before you reach out, run this quick check:

1. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Confirmations love to hide there.
2. Double-check the email you used. Typos happen. If it's your Greatway email, make sure it ends in @mygreatway.ca and is spelled correctly.
3. Log in to your EventCombo account. Your ticket is always sitting there waiting, even if the email never showed up.

Heads up on timing: the bonuses above (free student tickets, hotel rooms, and the Premium Experience's 2 free student admissions) are available through May 31, 2026. After that, the bonuses end, but bulk discount pricing stays, so you can still buy 5 or 10 ticket bundles and get the 10% or 15% off.

No, and here's why: bulk pricing is for General Admission tickets only. Student tickets are already priced at $149.99, well below GA, so they don't fold into the bulk math.

Plus, if you buy 5 or 10 GA bulk tickets, you're already getting free student tickets as part of the bonus. You're not missing out.

If you need to register both agents and students, do it in two steps: buy your GA bulk bundle, then use your free student ticket access code to register your students once it arrives.

The bonuses end on May 31, 2026. That means free student tickets and complimentary hotel rooms are only available on bulk and Premium Experience purchases made on or before that date. The Premium Experience's 2 free student admissions end on May 31 too.

Bulk pricing stays. After May 31, you can still buy 5 or 10 ticket bundles and get the 10% or 15% bulk discount. You just won't get the bonus perks (free student tickets, hotel rooms) on top.

Single ticket bonuses closed earlier, on May 23. If you grabbed one before then, your free student ticket is on the way.

Your code lands in your inbox within two weeks of your purchase. Hang tight, it's on the way.

Whichever is easier for you. Register them yourself, or pass the code along and let them do it. The code is yours, tied to a set number of uses based on what you bought.

During student registration on EventCombo, you'll see an access code field at checkout. Enter your code there and the free student ticket discount applies automatically before you complete the order.

All codes expire on July 24, 2026. Once that date passes, unused codes can't be reactivated. Don't sit on yours.

If you qualify (SVP or above, and you bought 5 or 10 bulk tickets on or before May 31), sit tight. We'll be in touch with hotel details and next steps as they become available. Nothing for you to do right now.

A heads up: if you already booked your own hotel for convention, we can't refund or reimburse that booking. Complimentary rooms are a bonus, not a swap. If you'd rather stay where you've already booked, no problem at all. Your hotel bonus simply doesn't apply.

LLQP students with a valid Greatway Membership Order Number.

They still qualify for student pricing. Student tickets apply right up until they're officially licensed and contracted with Greatway. Once they sign on as an agent, they're part of family, and they grab a General Admission ticket!

It's the unique number every student gets when they sign up for Greatway Membership. If they can't find it, have them search "Greatway Membership" in their inbox.

Then they're not enrolled as a Greatway student yet, which means student pricing isn't on the table. The fix is simple: have them sign up for Greatway Membership first. Once they're in, the number arrives and they can register at the student rate. Alternatively, they can simply register for General Admission.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds.

We get it, things come up. If you can't make it, transfer your ticket to someone who can. Better to fill the seat than leave it empty.

Yes, and it's self-serve. The original buyer needs to do it through EventCombo. Here's a step-by-step guide to walk you through it.

A few important things when you transfer:

• Only the original buyer can make the change.
• Update all the new attendee's details, not just the name. That means t-shirt size, name preferences, Greatway status, and anything else in the registration. The new person needs to receive what's theirs, not what was set up for you.
• Student tickets stay student tickets. You can't transfer a student ticket to an agent. If an agent needs a seat, they need a GA ticket.
• If money changes hands between you and the new ticket holder, that's between the two of you. Greatway Financial isn't part of any payment arrangements made outside of EventCombo.

Tickets purchased or transferred after July 15, 2026 aren't eligible for awards or stage recognition. Award eligibility is locked on this date. So if you're transferring, make sure you do it before that date!

First, congrats. Real win. Here's how it works for raffle and prize tickets:

• Your ticket is non-transferable. It stays with you, the original winner.
• Raffle and prize tickets do not qualify for bulk bonuses, free student tickets, hotel room perks, or any other ticket-tier rewards.

You're still in the room, still part of the celebration, still eligible for awards if you qualify. Just keep in mind your ticket plays by different rules than purchased ones.

We love kids, and we know how much they mean to you. But this event is built for licensed professionals and students, and most of what's happening on stage isn't designed for younger audiences. Honestly, your kids might be bored. We recommend leaving them at home so you can be fully present.

If bringing them is the only way you can attend, here's how it works:

• With a General Admission ticket: they can sit in the event space with you.
• Without a ticket: they stay outside the event space.
• A signed liability waiver is required at the help desk when you arrive. By signing, you acknowledge that Greatway Financial is not liable for your child's safety, supervision, or any incidents that occur during the event.

If you'd rather be all-in on the sessions, look into Calgary childcare options ahead of time!

To get recognized on stage, you need to be registered for the Convention and meet every award cut-off date. Late registration means no eligibility, even if you crushed the numbers.

• Ring Earner cut-off: May 31, 2026
• Plaque Awards cut-off: June 30, 2026
• Trophy Awards cut-off: June 30, 2026
