We’re excited to launch the new name for our annual conference:

*GMG Conference –
Growth & Momentum for Greatness.

Rooted in our Good Morning Greatway philosophy, GMG is about more than a greeting. It reflects the mindset and action that drive success in our industry. Growth represents the skills, strategies, and results agents build here. Momentum is the collective energy that pushes businesses forward. Greatness is the standard of excellence that defines the work we do for families and communities.

The GMG Conference delivers industry-focused training, market insights, and leadership development designed to help agents strengthen their business, expand their impact, and sustain momentum beyond Convention. It is more than an event — it is an investment in the future of every champion at Greatway.

  • The Growth & Momentum for Greatness (GMG) Conference is Greatway’s Q4 event designed to help agents recharge, refocus, and reignite their goals.

Over two exciting days, you’ll gain fresh insights, learn proven strategies, and connect with other agents and leaders who are driven to grow both in business and in life.

  • The GMG Conference is about growth in action, an event focused on momentum, skills, and mindset. You’ll walk away with new ideas and practical tools to help you finish the year strong.

The Convention of Champions is about inspiration and celebration. It’s where we honour achievements, share success stories, and reflect on how far we’ve come together.

In short: GMG builds momentum. Convention celebrates it.

  • Because growth doesn’t just happen, it’s built intentionally.

GMG is your chance to learn from elite producers, builders, and be inspired by real stories of success, and connect with a community that’s as ambitious as you are. You’ll leave with clear direction, fresh motivation, and practical strategies you can apply right away.

It’s the spark you need to turn your goals into action and your action into results.

  • While we love seeing families support our agents, the GMG Conference is a professional event focused on business and personal growth. To make the most of the sessions, we recommend making childcare arrangements so you can be fully engaged.

If you’re traveling from out of town, you’re welcome to bring your family to Vancouver but please note that only registered attendees can enter the conference halls.

  • The GMG Conference is focused on growth and momentum, not formal recognition.

All awards and major recognitions take place at our Convention of Champions, where we celebrate the amazing milestones achieved throughout the year. So while Convention is where we celebrate success, GMG is where you start to create it.

  • Light refreshments will be provided during the conference, but meals are not included with your ticket.

There are plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby, so you’ll have lots of options to grab lunch or dinner with your teammates between sessions. It’s a great way to connect and recharge!

Food and refreshment details are subject to change as the event approaches.

  • Come prepared to make the most of your experience! We recommend bringing:

    • A notebook or tablet for taking notes

    • Your phone or camera for capturing memories

    • A reusable water bottle to stay refreshed throughout the day

To support sustainability and reduce waste, please bring a Greatway lanyard from any past event. We’ll provide new name badges for all registered attendees and you can simply attach them to your existing lanyard.

And most importantly, bring your energy, curiosity, and openness to grow — GMG is all about building momentum together!

  • The conference is a professional event, so we recommend business casual attire; something comfortable yet polished for a full day of sessions and networking.

Think smart-casual: blazers, slacks, dress shirts, or neat dresses. Avoid overly casual pieces like ripped jeans, shorts, or flip-flops.

You’ll be moving between sessions throughout the day, so wear something that helps you feel confident and comfortable.

  • Yes, ticket transfers are allowed, but please note that there may be instances that name badges may still display the original ticket holder’s name during on-site registration.

If you’ve liked to transfer a ticket, please fill out this form.

Please note: If you have a ticket that you won via raffle, that ticket is non-transferrable.

If our FAQs weren’t able to answer your questions, please fill out the form and we’ll try our best to answer your question!
