  • Yes, you must register to attend – If you don’t register, you will be denied entry at the door and you will miss out on receiving Convention goodies, CE Credits (if applicable), award recognition, and a chance to win in raffles. Conditions may apply

  • More information will be released soon

Pre-Registration:

  • One email address per attendee. If you are an advisor, please use your greatway email address. Your email address is your unique identifier for check in on the day of the event.

  • To keep it simple: One registration per person.

  • No, we will not be selling tickets at the door. The last day to purchase tickets will be May 31, 2024.

Registration:

  • Yay! You should receive an email confirmation of your registration. We’ll email you closer to the event date with further details and check-in instructions. You can also check here frequently for any updates.

  • If you used your Greatway email, please make sure that it’s your complete email address and ends with @mygreatway.ca

    Otherwise, please contact us with proof of purchase and we’ll be happy to assist you.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. But you can certainly transfer your ticket to someone who can make it! Transfers need to be finalized by July 15, 2023.

Post-Registration:

Event Related:

  • It’s mostly logistics on our end – but it’s to ensure that we prepare everything before the event starts. We want to make sure that we have all the merchandise and convention goodies ready and all the awards are made for the awardees!

  • We love kids at Greatway and we want them to enjoy most of our events but this convention and the content that you’ll receive is intended for you, the advisors and students – basically, for older audiences. We strongly encourage you to immerse yourself in the event and enjoy the time reconnecting with people.

    If you don’t have any idea of how you can arrange an accommodation for your kid/s, please do contact us by clicking the button below.

  • This is a paid live event and there will be no live streaming so you won’t be able to watch or attend any other time.

    We hope you’ll be able to join us – the best meeting is the one you miss!

Additional Questions:

  • Based on previous experiences and for economical reasons, we do not order for people who do not attend the Convention.

  • We are currently in the process of communicating with local food trucks.

  • As we continue to grow in attendance ever year, it is not logistically and economically feasible for us to host a dinner for 3,500 attendees.

    Having no dinner also allows us to keep the costs of these events at a reasonable price for you!
